Good Dr / Horrible Receptionist (His Wife)We have been going to Dr. O'Neal for many years but have never cared for his receptionist (His Wife) because she is rude and unfriendly. As of today we will not longer be using his service because of her. Have called to try and schedule our yearly appointment a couple times now and she refuses to schedule an appointment because their "office policy" is that if you have insurance they need to verify it first before scheduling an appointment because she will not check it after an appointment is scheduled. So in January I had a cutting wheel fly into my wife's windshield. I managed to cover her face and steer the car but I got sprayed with glass in my face. I tried to tell tell him about it and he said he didn't see anything wrong. So for months I have been using over the counter eye drops and putting up with the pain. Woke up this morning to myself screaming because it just felt like someone was dragging razors across my eye. Called Dr O'Neal again and was told after wasting 20 minutes on the phone with his receptionist that he could squeeze me in at 1:30. Great experience my insurance was not accepted but out of pocket price was very reasonable and they were able to get me right in. Doc was very thorough on exam. In all very pleased,thank yall!!!!
