My experience at Valvoline was great! The guys are very welcoming and informative. As the attendant was going over the things that I was due for, I didn't fill pressured, they merely suggested that I consider purchasing services that my vehicle was due for. Each time I visit Valvoline, it's always pleasant. The other thing I noticed, was how patient the attendant was with the trainee, he explained each step by modeling and calmness. Great job guy!
Everyone was so pleasant. The assistant manager explained everything that was happening. They looked at all of the filters. Explained when my transmission flush was going to be due. There were about 3 gentleman looking at my car. They showed me the oil stick after oil changed . Now that is service. I highly recommend this place in snd out in 15 minutes.
Had an amazing visit to Valvoline. These guys really do deliver on customer service. That's something that is lacking at most places nowadays. Taylor made sure I knew what to do when I found out that my oil was not something they stock, but he told me where I could find it and they filled it for me. Thank you, guys!!
