I have been a loyal shopper of Ulta Beauty for nearly 25 years and love it! Today, I was assisted by Gul and LaTonya in the Sugar Land store. Both ladies went "above and beyond" to help me with all of my perfume purchases. Excellent customer service is just one of the reasons why I keep going back to Ulta!

Loved it , awesome product & amazing customer service, everyone der so so helpful and thy all has good knowledge about the skin care products, #GUL the lady , she helped me to get the ryt products for my skin . She is so friendly too . I got my shopping card from her . So beauty queens what are u waiting for , go make your day , do shopping, feel special. if u don’t love yourself, no one gona love u ladies . Being a pageant & #missindiatexas I am gona highly recommend u all please ask for GUL and get her suggestions if u are not sure about the product u looking for .

LaTonya was so helpful with my purchase and even called customer service for me when things weren’t right. Gokie was also so sweet in assisting and gave me some free sample products and a coupon since I had to wait. Honestly would go back just to see them!
