Performance Pilates is amazing! The teachers are excellent. I LOVE that the classes are small. I suffer with arthritis. The classes have totally changed my life and I am moving again, doing things I never thought I would never be able to do!

One of the most thorough and knowledgeable Pilates studios in the Houston area. Their approach to Pilates with fascia playing a major role is a game changer.The owners are very passionate about their craft and they help us to make effortless body movements. Both Michelle and Cody have a very focussed presence during class which makes it a joy to learn from them. They always ensure we have the right posture during each exercise and guide each participant. Class sizes are small to ensure proper attention.If you are not trying Performance Pilates you are missing out.

I absolutely love Performance Pilates. It’s helping me with my posture and my stress levels from work. Right after leaving, I feel so relaxed and light. I can’t recommend it enough. Instructors are amazing and so friendly. So glad I found y’all!
