This salon made my nails look like the worst they’ve ever been. The lady was rushing on my nails she was filing my skin instead of my nails. She cut me over three times. During my appointment she left mid way doing my nails to talk to a new customer that had walked in. There were plenty of other employees that could have attended to the other customer but she left half way just to talk to her. There’s absolutely no customer value. My nails are all different sizes and shapes it’s absolutely horrible. I asked for a basic mani/pedi combo for $42. I specifically said the price several times. When I got to the register to pay, a little boy who just walked into the store chargde me more because I was a man by $5. The little boy showed me where it said it on the menu which was no way near the service I ordered. I said I would pay it this time but would not be back. I have now left a negative review and will make sure everyone I know hears about what happened to me.
