can't say enough great things about Tony and his staff at Mercom --equipment is repaired in such a timely manner our SLA's are being meet -- definitely recommend Mercom to anyone needing equipment repair/service/warranty.

Mercom has been a tremendous assistance to our company's growth and stability especially throughout Covid and several other unplanned events.On numerous occasions Mercom has offered solutions, even last minute when all else has failed. If it wasn't for Mercom I doubt we would have managed, and the cost would have imaginable.
