I had such a great experience with Max Plumbing! We had a plumbing issue on a Saturday and I called around 5+ plumbing companies. It was the only one willing to come the same day and without charging an emergency service fee. They were on time, very professional, and easy to work with! We will definitely use them from now on!

Yesterday, late afternoon we discovered water on our basement floor. So we called Max Plumbing. I asked the receptionist if anyone was available immediately, knowing that the chances were slim. Loise said she couldn't get anyone there right away, but the owner could come out early this morning. And the tech and an apprentice arrived this morning, as expected. They quickly diagnosed the cause of the problem, explained it to us, and then fixed it.
