“I am very pleased with every aspect of my experience working with Scott at Crenshaw Landscapes. My rental home has a sunken living room that was taking on a few pints of water with heavy rains. An engineer I hired advised me that my foundation was not failing but than I needed to have the back and side yard regraded to direct rain water away from the foundation. I interviewed several specialists in the field of land grading and redirecting water.

I hired an unassociated company to apply a waterproof barrier to the foundation and hired Scott to redirect the rain water.

Scott was the only contractor that did not try to convince me to install an underground drain system and the engineer was in agreement. Scott explained his plan in the detail I needed to feel comfortable that he knew what he was doing.

At no point did I second guess my decision to do business with Scott. He was very responsive to text messages and he met each of my expectations.

I walked the property the last week of May of 2025 when we had heavy rains, the water was flowing via the swales created by Scott's crew. The sunken living room was dry.

Scott did not ask me to write a review like so many companies do.
