If you are looking for outstanding care from a very knowledgeable and caring doctor and staff, then Dr. Chen at Texas Oncology-Sugar Land is the place to go. From the 1st time I meet with Dr. Chen, I knew he was going to be the Dr that would help and make my mom better. He was very patient, empathetic, understanding, and took his time to answer all my questions without hesitation. As well, Lori is an amazing nurse that was always willing to answer questions and put out fires for us. She never hesitated to call and check on my mom and was quick to return phone calls. Dr Chen is a wonderful human being and conscientious physician. His practice does not treat his patients like an assembly line. He spends time with his patients and is clearly vested in helping them find the optimal treatment for their individual circumstances. I would highly recommend him to any and all my loved ones and patients.
