Our family has been coming here for 20+ years. We have never had a reason to go elsewhere. I love how Cindy remembers my name, even if I don't come in for awhile! They do exceptional alterations and sew up holes at a affordable price. The turnaround time is unbeatable. Even when they're busy - they're quick. Wonderful customer service!

I recently started coming to Kristi’s for my dry cleaning and some regular laundering. I’m never in a rush but they always push to get things done in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. I’m always greeted with a smile when I come in!

Additionally, I had gotten alterations on my wedding dress and after trying it on several times it could use a wash and press. I brought my dress into Kristi’s to have it dry cleaned and pressed and it looks perfectly pristine like when I bought it.

I have periodically dry cleaned my suits and blazers at Kristi’s. On every occasion, my clothes were ready for pick-up by the promised time (sometimes even early).

Though this is a minor complaint, the staff has on two occasions pressured me to pay with cash, even though my balance was above the posted minimum for credit cards. On one of these occasions, the staff had also neglected to tag one of my blazers when it was dropped off and left me waiting for nearly thirty minutes as they searched for it. But aside from these minor annoyances and mishaps, Kristi’s is an affordable, dependable, and competent cleaner.
