I was initially greeted by Steven who is a professional gemologist and was very knowledgeable and ensured the diamond I had would look good. Patty then assisted me in designing and making the setting for the ring. Both Patty and Steven were very patient and helpful throughout the entire process. Ultimately they made me a beautiful 3 carat emerald cut ring set in a platinum setting. I would 100% recommend them for any jewelry needs and will be returning in the future.“
