Needed MEP's done for my restaurant space, had the prior restaurants engineer do it, but switched to Francis mid process as he was just quicker. Got my MEP's done in 2 weeks, and off to the races. Will hire for the next build out.
We have had the pleasure of working with Francis for a few years now and he has never let us down. He is thorough with his work, great at communicating and helping us come to solutions. Would highly recommend.
Great work and easy to work with. Very professional MEP engineer. He was very nice and really paid attention to details. He was very knowledgeable and most of the time he already got it covered in the drawings of what you want even before you ask. I was very glad to find him. Highly recommend if you are looking for an MEP engineer to design your project.
