The gentleman who assisted me was also my examiner, and he was very patient, professional, and guided me clearly throughout the entire process, which helped me feel much more comfortable and confident. He also speaks Spanish, which is very helpful for the Latino community and makes the process much easier for those who feel more comfortable communicating in Spanish. He took the time to answer questions and support me every step of the way. I truly appreciate the excellent service and highly recommend this place.“
