I was having pain in my shoulder so intense I ended up in ER where they diagnosed pinched nerves in my neck ( cervical radiculopathy). I was a week away from seeing my neurosurgeon but desperate to get some relief so I contacted Airrosti whom I heard about from friends. the receptionist who took my call was very enthusiastic, asking detail questions about my condition. I should've recognized the red flag when she promised that they'd mitigate the pain completely after 3 sessions because they apparently see lots of patients with this "common " problem. The hook was set and I had an appointment the next day to see Dr. Moore. The first thing I noticed was there was hardly any equipment in her office other than a desk and a massage. -like bench. The sign on desk says "no Moore pain", another red flag. I showed her results from my Ct scan and the Er doctors diagnosis Which clearly indicated pinched nerves in my neck between C5and C6. After having me move my neck in every which way, dr Moore proceeded to work on my shoulder, applying so much pressure with her thumbs that caused even more excruciating pain . That was the biggest red flag because by now she must have known the cause of my pain was my neck , not the shoulder. Before I came i, I did some research and found that the treatment fir thus injury was neck decompression so I pointedly asked her about this. She did not seem interested in the discussion. She even said they do not have a decompression machine in their office. Afterwards, she went ahead and made the next appointment before sending me home with a lacrosse ball with instructions on self-administered exercises. I went home with the firm belief that dr Moore was more interested in treating my symptoms over time in the interest of garnering business rather helping me. I have now lost all and any faith I have left for chiropractic medicine.

Dr. Jade Moore has been fantastic! She has worked with my daughter, who was suffering knee pain. My daughter's knee pain has greatly improved! Dr. Moore has been so wonderful! Great and convenient location for us.

Dr Jade Moore is exceptional at what she does. she helped me more than once at moments i thought i may need surgery. I am now able to resume my ADLs effortlessly. Thank you Airrosti.
