I brought my wedding outfit and unfortunately there was an issue/mistake. While it was really stressful, Norma went above and beyond to make it right and had amazing customer service. I truly appreciate her effort during such an important time for us. You can tell they truly care about their customers and amazing people!
I started bringing my clothes here after things began to open back up in 2021. My usual cleaners and all around me in the Rosenberg area had doubled and tripled their prices!
So, started looking online for dry cleaners farther out from me and came across Continental Cleaners, who advertised $1.95 a garment and provided same day service.
That's what brought me here to begin with, but on the first visit the friendliness and warmth of the owners is what brought me back! Since then I have had incidents where I needed something cleaned in a hurry or I was delayed getting there right at closing, etc. Any problem I've had they have done all they could to be accommodating....read full review
