I have used B&J twice while looking for a home in Houston. They were very through. I received a 15 page report on each property. They found that one of the homes was sinking at one corner and had many structural other structual issues. The one we bought had some minor issues that enabled us to get a $10,000 deduction in the sale price. I would recommend them to anyone buying a home.
