He’s very polite and respectful and will help you understand the “insurance process.” This last storm season was brutal and Justin came out for an inspection, took pictures to show me the damage and recommended a new roof. This was also my first time I had to submit an insurance claim. Justin was so helpful throughout the process and helped us come out on top! His crew was very courteous and did an amazing job cleaning up. I have small kids and dogs and was worried about nails in a foot or paw. They did an outstanding job of leaving the property clean and tidy throughout the job and after. Can’t say enough about AAA Roofing making this an easy process.
