I called them on a holiday after the contractor assigned by my home warranty service failed to show for the third time. Alderfers showed up the next day and had my air conditioning fixed in less than one hour and at a reasonable cost. The technician was top notch.

Zach and the guys have been great. We have had many issues at our home with some units sold and installed by another company in town. They have had to come out and troubleshoot and replace things multiple times because of the low quality equipment installed by the other company. They also put a new unit in at my office in Weatherford that has run perfectly. Great people.

We have used Alderfer's for years and have always been extremely pleased with their service. We're in Hico, but they are always quick to arrive...sometimes even within an hour. The techs are always very friendly and explain everything they are doing and suggesting upgrades, but never pushy. We've never, ever felt like we were being overcharged.
