We are grateful to Alexander's Midway Funeral Home, particularly James and Bill, for their professionalism in handling the arrangements for my mother and my mother-in-law for they both passed 3 days apart and for their patience with us. Thank you again.
2 years ago I lost my Mother but failed to write this review till now. My Mother passed suddenly and so I was mostly in shock. The funeral home picked her up late Saturday night and we knew it was going to be a direct cremation so waited until family members could get here from out of state before we went to the funeral home 3 days later to make her arrangements and pay. I will say that we were treated very kind, professional and everything fully explained.
Being this was a direct cremation there was no viewing, however of course one particular family member wanted to view, insisted on viewing. The funeral director called me to tell me he did not think it appropriate...read full review
Mr. Alexander and his staff were so good with my family. They took care of us at a time of uncertainty and confusion. He made everything easy and clear and worked with us to find what was in our affordability range. He went above and beyond for our family. I have used him for just about every family member I have lost over the past 10 years, and I would not go anywhere else. Thank you so very much. God Bless
