The staff, including Zaina Al-Mohtaseb, M.D. and her assistant, are kind, professional, and thorough in their work. They take the time to cover past, present, and future eye care issues while also focusing on the matters at hand. The office has a welcoming atmosphere, from the front office to the techs conducting tests. The whole experience was amazing, comforting, caring and thorough. Zaina Al-Mohtaseb, M.D. is extremely proficient, professional and a delight to meet. She explained everything and answered all questions and concerns. Her and her team were top notch and made the experience a good one. Mostly efficient and pleasant with the exception of the young lady at the check out desk. The girl at check in as well as the others were delightful. Overall, Whitsett Vision Group is highly recommended for their excellent service and care.
