First time I’ve been here to buy new frames and get my lenses replaced. Somehow my prescription was off when I did my eye appointment so when my new glasses came in I knew immediately that it was wrong and the General Manager, Stephanie, immediately took action on it. She said we would need to wait for my old lenses to come back in to compare the two. She said my prescription might just be too high for me. Once the old lenses came back she took all of the information right back next door to where I had my vision tested and informed the doctor and the girl at the front desk before I even got there. I had a great first time experience yesterday. Staff was very helpful with choice of glasses and explained costs and insurance benefits. I also liked the way the store was laid out so you can easily find the shape of glasses that you prefer.
