Prompt & most excellent emergency care for my 13 year dog that suddenly experienced a seizure. Dr. Allen was incredibly caring; explained everything clearly and thoroughly. Spent good time with us answering questions. Shannon at the front desk was most welcoming. Fiorella, vet tech, was very friendly and loving with my Sassy. This clinic is amazing. From the first phone call I made on New Year’s Eve day, I felt their commitment to serving our community and our pets. They stayed late on a holiday to help with my older dog (15) whom we all thought possibly, based on his symptoms, was experiencing Organ failure. From Shannon at the front desk to the Vet Tech and the Veterinarian (Dr Zamora) they were all compassionate & professional. Thru their plan we were able to determine my dog had an intestinal virus & he was treated and we are so grateful. I recommend this clinic in the highest regard , after calling several in the area. I want to thank Dr. Zamora and the staff that was present during my visit. Such a pleasant experience. I was anxious and concerned about the wellness of my pup. Both Dr.Zamora and her assistant tech were so kind, understanding and helpful. Front desk receptionist was also very kind and sweet. The clinic is clean, well maintained and calming. I did pay out of pocket and was able to use their promotional discount for first time visit. I’m glad to have found a reliable clinic for my pup. I definitely recommend this place for the care of your fur baby. Thank you Dr.Zamora and staff.
