A neighbor recommended Tide Cleaners -Frost Wood. We visited, met Mary the manager and expressed our concerns about cleaning our shirts, and hand ironing them, to prevent button breakage and misaligned collars not lining up with the button. Ms. Mary said the shirts could be dry cleaned and hand-ironed. We gave Tide Cleaners the opportunity to clean our shirts, and we were so pleased with the outcome. The assistants were excellent. The service was as promised. I was a bit shocked at the bill, however, given all the inflation and across the board increases on everything else, I cannot say I am surprised. I will use them again when my need arises.

Fantastic place! First time I went: stopped because it was a Tide Cleaners which I'd never seen before.Here's Why:1-Great staff; the Manager was friendly, professional and efficient. Greeted me with a smile! When does that happen anymore??2-She suggested a different cleaning process since I have sensitive skin, which my old dry cleaner never did! And she was right.3-Store was neat, clean and organized.4-My laundry was ready early, always a plus.5- When I went to pick it up she and another associate greeted me, and got my laundry quickly.6- As I left they thanked me for my business, and invited me back.When I got in my car, I just sighed because it all was so... read full review
