This is the place if you are looking for a new A/C without all the sales BS. Todd set us up with a new Amana unit and had it installed for us quick. The install crew was polite, clean, and on time. We also had a service tech, Brandon, come out and do some repairs on our 2nd AC unit and he was awesome. They sell you what you need and fix only what’s broken. Will do business with these guys again for sure.

When my AC stopped working, in August heat!, I called SWAT and spoke with Todd. He walked me through trying to do a quick fix, unfortunately it didn't work. He couldn't get me in that day ( I did call at 4 pm, so understandable), but I was scheduled the next day. Sam, technician, called & was running ahead of schedule and could come earlier than acheduled, so that was a win! He evaluated everything, explained in detail that I could understand and fixed the upstairs unit. Unfortunately, the lower floor unit needs a part that is currently not in stock anywhere, so we wait (and pray for rain to cool things down!).
