The doctor was great but the staff, not so much. Still waiting for my glasses after almost three weeks. Office, when someone actually answers the phone, isn’t any help. Went in to the office for answers but the only girl there (12:20 on a Tuesday) was sitting in the dark and stayed there once she turned on the lights. Couldn’t help me and said someone would call me tomorrow. Not holding my breath and once/if I get proper glasses I will not be going back.

First time there, the doctor was great. But the staff different story one lady in particular, I went twice to get my glasses adjusted. She didn't get it right neither time, she was not friendly what so ever, she made feel like I was a bother. No thank you no I apologize Didn't say a word. Will not be going back, thanks to her

After going to my previous eye dr and attempting to get my Rx right several times, I almost gave up. Went to Spring eye associates for check up this year. The Dr and his staff actually listen; glasses came out right on first try. Thanks Spring Eye Associates!
