When our original build AC unit failed in 2018 we called in a number of vendors for quotes to repair/replace it. Gary's price was competitive, and his professionalism and good nature made him an easy winner. We have continued to use ROWE HVAC for all of our home AC and furnace needs since then and have always been extremely happy with his work. It's the small details that make a difference to us, and Gary's attention to detail and outstanding service set him apart.

We have used Rowe HVAC for several years now. Gary is honest, knowledgeable, affordable, and friendly. His work is high quality. In todays world, all of those qualities in a person and company are hard to come by, but incredibly appreciated. He tells you how it is and doesn't push for any unnecessary work. I called this company to price shop a replacement condenser unit after being told by another company that mine was working fine but was just undersized. Mr. Rowe offered to come take a look first as some of what I described to him about the first company didn't add up. Sure enough, he was able to find the system was low on refrigerant and add five pounds. The house was noticeably cooler that evening and everyone slept better. This guy saved me from spending over four thousand dollars that I didn't have anyway. He was fair, and cautioned me that we may still have an issue (leak somewhere) but we are happy folks again, and will call him again should we ever need... read full review
