Rick and Junior were awesome! Our AC was out. They came to diagnose the problem and had it replaced the very next day. Their customer service was very helpful and the entire repair process was very quick. We will definitely use them again if we ever need any RV work.

Came to fix my toilet. It had a crack in the valve. Was fixed quick and back to working order. Next day they came back bc another leak started elsewhere. They determined what happened (totally separate issue from day before). Waiting on a quote to fix the new issue. They were super helpful and informative. They are also cost affordable for rv repair handyman. Was referred to them by another customer that I met in Walmart.

Ricks's provided excellent service when they repaired our generator and replaced our hydraulic pump. They were highly communicative, keeping me updated throughout the process and responding immediately to my texts. Although the repair was delayed due to Lippert sending the wrong part, they completed the job the same day the correct part arrived.

I was especially impressed with how they worked with my service contract to maximize coverage and even performed some additional repairs at no charge when the claim was denied. They are a pleasure to do business with and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended!
