One phone call and Bob handled it from there. He made everything easy and was reasonably priced. Quality isn't cheap and I can say without reservation that Bob knows his stuff. A complete report with all associated pictures and well written. He identified items that easily covered the cost of his service. We have a clear idea of what we have in terms of repairs ahead and determined that some need a professional. The right information at the right cost. He came recommended and I wholeheartedly understand why. Will use again and recommend highly.

Bob inspected two homes for us. Both were great experiences! He has significant experience in building and inspecting, was extremely thorough, answered all of our questions and even came to our house after we had closed to look at something and give his advice free of charge. Excellent experience!
