Planet Ford Service in Spring

My 2024 Mustang ecoboost premium mustang's wheel was destroyed due to a rock on the hardy tollway, put on the spare and took my car to them (I had bought the expensive warranty when I bought my car which covers replacing the wheel as well as a loaner vehicle), they said they would have to order the wheel, told them I would need a loaner car as it's my only vehicle, they tried to argue that a i can drive on a spare tire which is only supposed to be used for 50 miles, I told them it is not safe, the service department "manager" Matt kept saying he knows plenty of people that "do it all the time" and that that's ok, after pressing him on... read full review

Go to Tomball Ford

I scheduled a service appointment with Planet Ford a few days before Christmas for 2 recalls (ac motor recall and a brake recall). And I asked them to quote me a brake job and front passenger caliper replacement. I drop it off at said appointment date/time and they explain that they’ll have the car ready some time after Christmas. No problems there. I’m called when it’s ready and they quote me over $2k for the brake job. So I tell them no thank you and go pick my car up. It’s 35 degrees out so I’m trying to turn on the heat on the way home and the vents on the dashboard aren’t blowing any air, this is after they closed... read full review

I'm writing to express my disappointment with the service experience at Planet Ford. Despite numerous attempts, I've been unable to schedule my first oil change and have a technician troubleshoot my rear camera and radio. Both have been giving me problems. I was told this well be warranty claims, so they would need to keep the car for several days. No problem as a loaner will be needed. They gave me ridiculous lead times on loaner car dates and I need my vehicle for work. The service consultants were unhelpful and dismissive. Why do business with this place when loaner cars are never available?
