Friendly staff, reasonable pricing, good customer service, and good add on options with play time. The only thing that I didn't like is this last time she stayed I asked when picking her up if I could go see her in the element (dog room), I was told no. I think the lady misunderstood as in thinking I wanted to go myself to get her from.the back. I said I just wanted to go with them to see her in the back. They told me no, that it was against their policy. I feel as if I am paying for someone to watch my dog I should be able to see her briefly in that space. One lady said it could make the dog nervous. It was at pickup, not drop off. My dog wouldn't get nervous... read full review

The staff is always so friendly! And the facility is spotless! My little schnoodle loves playing all day and the groomer makes her a beautiful girl on spa days. I would recommend this place to a friend.

Our plane got delayed and we were not able to get our fur babies on the date we had planned. The only great thing that came out of this experience was the ease of adding time to our pets stay. We had fun viewing them (3) several times a day and they looked happy and healthy.
