We gave Pet Suites another shot and I am so happy we did. They went above and beyond to earn my business back. I need more flexibility in scheduling pick ups/drop offs. They immediately made an exception by allowing us to check in early so that we could depart town and pickup after hours upon arrival back into town. My dog left happy & smelling so nice & clean! Highly recommend!

Friendly, caring and our pets seem to enjoy their stay. It took a little time to adjust since this was their first time away from us. They made new friends and each had an evaluation for group play, we were glad they offered it. Thanks! PetSuites.

We dropped our dog Benson off at PetSuites for a stay, and during that time, he had a medical emergency. The team immediately reached out by phone and text to keep us updated and even took him to our vet to make sure he was okay—all while we were out of state.
The level of kindness, compassion, and overall amazing customer service truly stunned both my wife and me. We are so grateful for how they cared for Benson and will gladly continue to bring him here again and again.
