I know i left one review prior to picking up my truck but this shop hands down one of the best experiences ive ever had at a shop the quality of work that they put out is mind blowing excellent and deserves more then one review. Mark had amazing communication throughout the whole process. Damn am I pleased beyond belief! And he made it before my deadline with time to spare (round of applause for this man and the team )Walked out the door with an amazing cost for all the work he topped off my trans fluid, and did alot of tedious stuff all out of the kindness of his heart. He redid both calipers pads and hoses on the brake system on the front and put in my motor mount with new hardware As well as put back together all the parts i had off the truck when it showed up like the transmission dust cover. Cant believe this shop as they blew me away with the quality of their work!
Took my vehicle in for brakes/rotors recently, 1st time visiting for vehicle repairs. Mark and his team provided outstanding customer service from the initial call until I picked up vehicle after the repairs were completed.Thanks!
I haven't needed to use Mark's services in a while, but he is great for general repairs. I have gotten more into changing my oil and doing small repairs myself, because I enjoy tinkering. But if I have any questions or a repair is too much for me or I don't have time, I won't hesitate to stop by. He has a great apprentice too who is very knowledgeable. If you are having an issue, it's a great shop to stop by.
