I have been going to this location for years. The staff are always friendly and helpful.
My son, husband and I prefer Next Level Champions location for all our Urgent Care visits.
I have been to this urgent care many times. They are kind compassionate and caring! The Drs are exellent. I have been very impressed and thats why I will continue to go there. Thank you Next Level at Champions and Louetta for taking good care of me!
I happened upon Next Level Urgent Care, Champion Forest, a couple years ago when I impaled my hand trying to trim a tree on Sunday! The office was so efficient I had kept it in my mind. So when I turned my ankle into a swollen, bruised mess I knew exactly where I wanted to be examined. I found the office online and was able to SCHEDULE AN APPT TIME FOR THAT MORNING! My husband drove me, I was somewhat concerned at the full waiting room, but was assured the time I had scheduled by computer would be honored... and it was!
