Modern Remodeling stood out as a local company that have been around for over two decades and were honest up front on what damage could expect to be covered by insurance. They were patient with our many questions and were willing to work with us when we wanted to install additional house wrap products along with new siding and roofing. Their installation was exceptional with master craftsman clearly leading each trade and very willing to listen to our concerns when problems would surface when the original roofing/siding was removed. Modern Design and Remodeling in Spring, TX, did a wonderful job remodeling my primary bathroom and putting engineered hardwood along with new baseboards and door trim in the primary bedroom. The primary bedroom walls, ceiling, and trim also got a new coat of paint. Designer/Project Manager Zaid Hamzeh was extremely helpful with my decisions on the tile, stone, hardware, and paint to be used. Zaid also coordinated the primary bathroom and bedroom work schedule with Jonathon Frausto, Modern Design's contractor.
