A friend recommended this company to me. They told me they do flat roofs when they do not. They outsourced the roof to a random crew and never checked their work. I climbed up on the roof and inspected it afterwards and found lots of issues, from incomplete work to left over trash. I called Merit to let them know. They sent out a guy and that is when I learned they dont do flat roofs and they used a crew they could no longer get ahold of. I continued to call Merit pretty much every other month due to leaks. They stopped coming to fix them even though the leaks continued. Long story short, over prices poor quality roof that has been leaking ever since it was installed.

Merit Roofing recently replaced our roof and we are completely satisfied with the workmanship, professionalism and efficiency that we experienced. Ray Dulock personally walked our roof with multiple insurance adjusters to make sure nothing was missed. (Our claim was complicated and thus we had three different adjusters that were sent out to inspect). He was personally present during key phases of the roofing job and made sure that we were happy with the work at every turn. I recommend Merit Roofing and Ray Dulock without hesitation.
