Dr. Madhok was gracious, knowledgeable, and very generous with her time and detail in explaining all facets of the examination. I really loved the fact that she was genuinely invested in me as a patient and consistenly asked if I had any questions. The entire staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Shout out to Natalia in particular for her warm personality and exceptional work performance. Overall, Memorial Eye Center set the standard for premium customer care and service.
The doctor and staff were all amazing! Answered all my questions, recommended a new contact lens that has been much easier for me to wear, and had a great selection of frames for my wife.
Dr. Pham and her staff are exceptional. The wait was less than 10 minutes and both staff and Dr. were compassionate and thorough with their examinations. I plan to schedule my annual eye appointments here for the foreseeable future.
