I'd give 4.5 stars. The only company out of 4 that returned my call to make an appointment for an estimate. Just a small hiccup in communication about work days. Most companies won't work on interior roof problems. I told them up front that i needed interior roof work, some didn't listen before arranging an appointment. I needed roof jack- supports added and joists added to support the weight of the roof across the walls underneath.
They were the only company to make measurements and give an estimate in a timely manner, even knowing my roof was sinking, and making lots of popping sounds as it sank, everyday. I was scared of... read full review

We worked with Jeff from Klein Roofing and we are very pleased with the service we got on our roof repair. He's very friendly, had great communication throughout the whole process and him and his guys came out and did a great job getting the job done. If/when we need more work done on our roof, we will definitely call them again.

We recently worked with Fernando from Klein Roofing to navigate an insurance claim for our roof and we were happy with his service. From the very beginning, Fernando has been very knowledgeable and supportive and his expertise was evident. He was always available to answer our questions and provided timely updates.
