I’ve completed my state-required vehicle inspections at Jiffy Lube several times, and I’ve always had a great experience. The service is fast, efficient, and the staff is friendly and professional. Went in for vehicle inspection, vehicle pass with no problem. Mike was very helpful, completed checklist and showed me that my truck needed brake fluid replacement. I was in and out less than 10 minutes. Will return to have tune-up and brake fluid replacement as well. I'll recommend this Jiffy lube location to my friends and to ask for Mike. Thanks Mike for your help today.

I just needed a state inspection, which I got. What I did NOT like was the removal of my engine and cabin filter to try and get me to buy new ones (I hate this kind of upselling). Did I ask you to remove my filters? No! Did the employee put them back right? I guess I’ll find out! If this is going to keep happening I will take my business elsewhere.
