I went thru a home flooding almost 2 years ago and seems like yesterday. HRP was amazing everyone who worked on my home was professional and answered all my questions. The teams priority was to get my family back home and that they did. The knowledge they had to deal with my home insurance was truly a blessing as I did not know where to start. The job was well done initially with timely and quality work to help us recover our house after a water flooding incident. They will work well with insurance company. I would have liked them to finish the job but had to go with another contractor. However despite numerous requests, it was very difficult for them to supply an invoice for remaining money we owed for the job + a quote for remaining work to finish the job and exactly what they would commit to doing. As a result we needed to finish with another contractor. The company does have high integrity though and fair pricing for quality work. Special recognition in this regard goes to estimator Isaac Escobar.
