Called the yesterday evening to request service for my car’s ignition switch and got service the next morning in less than an hour. I did not get the guys name but he was so professional and informative. He explained things thoroughly and I’m so happy that the job was completed. Technician was prompt in meeting me at at their office. He explained that in the case of my daughter's car, the aftermarket key fob was as reliable as the OEM fob that we still had. The new FOB was programmed and functioning as it was designed and I was underway in a short period of time. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of locksmith services or a replacement key FOB. Very satisfied.
