Upstairs AC unit blowing hot air. Found at 7:15am. We were leaving town at 10:30. Called and left a message. They call. Greg was at the house by 9:00. Figured out the problem, fixed it and we were on the road at 10:00. Unbelievable service. Thank you.

Our AC was out when we returned from being gone a few days. Immediately called Hal Watson and James Jones arrived the next day. He quickly diagnosed the problem and proposed a way to fix it. Replaced the blower motor and AC was back on that day! James did not try to upsell or otherwise take advantage of the situation. Truly appreciated the professional services provided!
