Have nothing but good things to say. Not only did they arrive on time and were very professional but they also walked me through each step of the way. They installed a new a/c unit and furnace for me. The customer care before and after installation are unmatched. They provided me with the best prices in town and they looked out for my family and I. We now have a system that is more efficient and longer lasting. I know it sounds like a fairytale but that was just the ease and transparency of working with them. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to get their unit serviced or in the hunt for a new one.

I called a few weeks ago for my AC not cooling. Veronica was great at getting me scheduled quickly. The tech, I cannot recall his name, that came was very nice and explained everything he was doing. I did call again today after noticing a leak from our drain pan, Veronica again was very helpful in getting me scheduled right away to have this addressed and Christian was the tech today, he also was very helpful got the leak fixed quickly and explained everything to me, which I appreciate. I will definitely reach back out for any AC needs.

My air conditioner quit working on a Friday and I was expecting company on Monday. Gossett A/C was able to put together a team to install a new unit on Saturday. They worked all afternoon in a hot attic and completed the work at 9 pm. I spoke to a couple of the guys: they had other plans that day but said Gossett called and they came. All had a good attitude and did a great job.
