My Generator broke down, I surfed the net and found a "Titanium" Kohler service dealer, Generator Power Systems. To be honest I was skeptical at first, but after talking with Yvonne and the repair guy Mike who came out, I felt much better. Mike was super helpful and explained everything and Yvonne worked the warranty issue for me to get a replacement part. Mike came back to repair and all round Great service! Thanks for a job well done! I would definitely use Generator Power Systems again.
