I had an excellent experience with GEI Plumbing, thanks to Sean Hull. Sean was knowledgeable, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. He clearly explained each repair, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident moving forward. The work was affordable, efficient, and exceeded my expectations.
Sean initially came out to fix a small leak but went above and beyond by noticing an issue with my hot water heater. He could tell right away that it needed to be replaced and explained how leaving it could have turned into a very costly repair. Was very impressed with their line of communication. Let you know the time frame and when your technician is en route to your home. Made the assessment and it was repaired quickly. Definitely keeping this number for my plumbing needs.
Great customer service. They were clear on explaining the issues and fixes needed. They also took time to make sure I was able to see every major step of installing the toilet. Overall a great experience.
