Coach Caleb is an incredible Jiu Jitsu coach! His knowledge of the sport is top-tier, and he has a real gift for breaking down techniques in a way that’s easy to understand, whether you’re a complete beginner or more advanced. He creates a positive, respectful, and challenging environment that motivates you to keep improving. Caleb is always patient, encouraging, and genuinely invested in his students’ progress. If you’re looking for a coach who truly cares and knows his stuff, look no further. Highly recommend!

Dropped in while on a business trip in Spring. I reached out ahead of time to confirm the schedule and make sure they allowed drop ins. Caleb was very communicative and responded in a timely manner. He answered all of my questions.Dropping in to an unfamiliar gym can be very scary, especially when you’re just looking to get some chill, fun rolls in. My experience here was great. The training was very good. My partner, Josh was very welcoming and d did a great job of making me feel comfortable there. I hope to visit again soon. I would highly recommend Flow Theory Grappling to anyone in the area looking to train in a great gym.
