Excellent service at this location, special kudos to Mikhail, we needed 48 sq ft of tile flooring & she checked every box of tiles to make sure none of the contents had chipped or cracked.

Mikhial and marquis were so nice to me and engaged in just everyday conversation as well as helping me find what I was looking for. GIVE THESE KIDS A RAISE! Anthony also helped me find this site for me to give him accolades. Give him a RAISE too.

Ms. Jo thank you so much. I went to Lowe's and Home Depot flooring department and no one knew what a spline was to facilitate installing hardwood in an opposite direction from the same section of hardwood and they sell engineered hardwood.......... Actually even the employee at Floor and Decor that I spoke with on the phone "never heard of it" and did not know... I asked for a manager and Ms. Jo was put on the call. She really saved me. I was sure to thank her when I arrived and purchased a dozen of them. I hope the spelling is correct. Ms. Jo is awesome and very kind.
