My clothes didn't even look like they cleaned them . Looked like they just ironed them.

I left a brown leather jacket to be cleaned. There was a particular spot which I pointed out to the clerk. She indicated that they would give the spot extra attention. When I picked up the jacket the spot was still there. The clerk said she would send it back for another try. When I picked it up again the whole jacket was discolored grey. I talked with the owner and he said the jacket was grey when he got it. I tried to reason with him but he was adamant that it was grey. I paid a lot of money for the leather treatment but he has not offered to reimburse me for the bad job of cleaning. I did not ask for reimbursement but expected it. Tried 3 times to make sure I gave them a fair shot. Shirts came back with missing buttons twice. When brought up they could have cared less and just told me to bring the shirts back next time and they will try to find a button. Last time I went shirts came back not cleaned and extremely wrinkled. Looked like they had just been left in a bad. Their solution was to spray the whole shirt down with spray and wash. One shirt was damaged where they somehow pressed a safety pin through the shirt. Not only were my clothes not cleaned but one is actually damaged and has to be thrown away.
