I've been coming here for years. Normally they do a good job but one of my ralph lauren polo was damaged. I bring it in to show them and the owner asked me how old the shirt is. I told him around six months and he basically called me a liar and said there's no way its 6 months. He said there is nothing they can do for me. It shouldnt matter how old the shirt is if you damage someones property you should fix the problem. This shirt cost over a hundred dollars. I feel this is bad practice and embarrassing. Never expected them to buy me a new shirt just maybe a credit or something. I will never return here.

After dropping off the clothes, the representative mentioned, "the information on the windows has not been accurate since before Covid in 2020." It's an odd way to justify inaccurate marketing, but it seems like it's a decision from the company's ownership and not a mistake. Customers should be cautious.

“There is no same day guarantee” as indicated on their window

If a company is still using Covid as an excuse for bad decisions, it makes you wonder what other deliberate bad choices they are making with your clothes.

I’ve been a client for around 15 years and today I realize that enough is enough. The owner didn’t want to accept the fact that they ruined 2 brand new pants.He told me so many excuses to justify the state of these 2 pants which that didn’t fix the problem. Besides also in the past they ruined so many buttons. He acted all nervous and raising his voice as an intimidation effect. It didn’t work on me. I started reading just now all previous reviews and people have similar experiences. So to my fellow neighbors avoid this place, they’ll ruin your clothes. As a friendly tip, take your clothes and money somewhere else.
