They would’ve gotten five stars if the service was consistent and I was able to use the same stylus every time I went back. Three times. They’ve changed my appointment time without calling me to confirm that I actually can make the rescheduled time. All I received is a text message. I do like the way that they blow dry hair and they have some stylist that absolutely know how to do color and I really appreciate that because they’re very good and talented. When I went this past Friday, the doors were locked and there was no sign, but they were supposed to be open. The inconsistency of service and the turnover of staff is why they’re getting four stars.

I have 4b hair. I Came for a blow dry, flat iron and hair cut. I wanted a bob because I had so many split ends and hair loss from covid. I love my cut. The stylists were easy to be around and talk to. They also felt approachable and were open to comments which is nice because I have trouble speaking up about what I want. I will def. Come back. I appreciate the affordability.

One of the best places I ever worked for and it's a experience of a lifetime. The owner is one of the top 3 people I met that was able to elevate my journey of life.
