I have had a very positive experience with CoverAll Pests, the designated pest control co. for the apartment complex where I am a resident. Every technician is very knowledgeable and professional and answers any questions I have. They explain what they are doing and why. The apartment manager emailed saying that residents of this complex can go to CoverAll's website and select the Tenant Service Request to schedule service. I was impressed with how easy the process is and how quickly I received an email with the date that my service was scheduled. The treatments are very effective. Ever since this company has come to service our apartment complex my neighbors and I noticed a significant decrease in the pest problem. A tech named Jamel comes by once a week with a great attitude and does a thorough job. I would definitely recommend this company if you are having any pest problems. They cover it all
